If your organization has added maintainRx to your benefits plan, you will need to let your plan members know about this change. Plan members with maintenance medication will need to transition their prescriptions to TELUS Pharmacy. With maintainRx, your employee benefits plan will not reimburse them for maintenance medication if they order from another pharmacy.
GroupHEALTH supports Paper Free communications: comprehensive information for plan members about maintainRx is available online, in print-friendly format, at grouphealth.ca/member/maintainrx.
