I wanted to let you know that GroupHEALTH has changed the provider for the travel and trip cancellation coverage in your employee benefits plan. This change offers you an improved overall benefits experience and, in some cases, more robust coverage.
With Out of Country Travel Coverage & Trip Cancellation, emergency medical assistance and coverage when travelling outside of Canada is provided by Industrial Alliance, while Trident Global Assistance manages all inquiries, emergency support, and claims. If you are traveling outside of Canada and need assistance, you will need to contact Trident Global Assistance.
