If your organization has added PostScripts to your benefits plan, you will need to let your plan members know about this change. Plan members with maintenance medication will need to transition their prescriptions to Rexall Direct. With PostScripts, your employee benefits plan will not reimburse them for maintenance medication if they order from another pharmacy.
GroupHEALTH supports Paper Free communications: comprehensive information for plan members about PostScripts is available online, in print-friendly format, at grouphealth.ca/member/postscripts.

An Important Change To Your Employee Benefits Plan
EMAIL BODY:
I wanted to let you know that your employee benefit plan now includes PostScripts, a service that lowers the cost of prescription drugs and increases the convenience to plan members by requiring plan members to order maintenance medications from Rexall Direct, an online pharmacy that delivers medication right to your door.
If you have been prescribed maintenance medications you must order them from Rexall Direct to receive reimbursement. Rexall Direct will dispense and ship a 90 day supply of your maintenance medication to any Canadian address.
To read more about PostScripts, maintenance medications, and what you need to do, go to grouphealth.ca/member/postscripts.
If you have been prescribed maintenance medications, you can begin transitioning your maintenance medication prescriptions to Rexall Direct immediately. If you have not transitioned your maintenance medications to Rexall Direct within 90 days, you will no longer be reimbursed for them.
