Live Chat Available With myGroupHEALTH

Support from the myGroupHEALTH Member Experience Contact Centre is available through a live chat, making it easier and quicker for plan members to get answers to their benefit questions.

Our benefit experts are available to chat live Monday to Friday from 11AM – 5PM EST (8AM – 2PM PST).

Wait times are currently less than two minutes to chat with a benefits expert, and can be accessed via the ‘Contact Us’ button in the myGroupHEALTH app and portal, or on the Solutions Centre here.
