In January, the myGroupHEALTH Member Experience Contact Centre launched a live chat feature, making it easier and quicker for plan members to get answers to their benefit questions.
Our benefit experts are available to chat live Monday to Friday from 11AM to 6PM EST.
Wait times are currently less than two minutes to chat with a benefits expert, and can be accessed via the ‘Contact Us’ button in the myGroupHEALTH app and portal, or on the Solutions Centre here.
