How To Submit A Wellness Spending Account Claim

If your benefit plan includes a Wellness Spending Account (WSA), all eligible expenses are itemized in your Benefits Handbook. Members can submit WSA claims through one of the following methods:

  1. Attaching original receipts to the extended health care claim form, which is available online through the Member Portal, on WEBS™; or
  2. Electronic claims via the claims payor Mobile App



Members can view their current WSA balances via their Member Portal.
