What services are available to you in sparrow may vary based on your plan design, check your benefit booklet for current TELUS coverage information. Starting on October 1, 2024, our benefit plan will include sparrow, a new wellness concierge service to support prioritizing your whole health.
sparrow lets you and your dependents take charge of your complete well-being. You’ll have access to a team of medical experts, ready to provide personalized, efficient, and continuous care, enabling you to proactively manage your health from one centralized app.
The services offered by sparrow will replace our current plan benefits provided by WorldCare and TELUS.
Over the coming weeks, GroupHEALTH will be communicating with you directly with instructions on how and when you can access sparrow and important information to ensure you receive continuity of care and service in transitioning providers.
