Transitioning Your Benefits Plan to myGroupHEALTH

If your benefits plan is transitioning to myGroupHEALTH, you will want to let your plan members know about this change so that they can begin to use this service.

GroupHEALTH supports Paper Free communications: comprehensive information for plan members about myGroupHEALTH is available online, in print-friendly format, at grouphealth.ca/member/mygrouphealthclaims.

LETTING YOUR PLAN MEMBERS KNOW ABOUT THIS CHANGE

By copying and pasting the following wording in an email to your plan members, you can let them know about this change, and give them direct access to online resources on myGroupHEALTH.

An Important Change To Your Employee Benefits Plan

EMAIL BODY:

I wanted to let you know that your employee benefit plan will be transitioning to myGroupHEALTH, a new platform for you to submit claims and access your personal benefits information.

  • You and your family will be able to access this new, easy-to-use service centre to:
  • Efficiently submit claims
  • View your benefits information, coverage details, and benefit balances
  • Access your new digital benefits card
  • Easily update your contact and direct deposit details
  • Get help when you need it.

Over the coming weeks, GroupHEALTH will be communicating with you directly with instructions on how and when you can access myGroupHEALTH.
