I wanted to let you know that your employee benefit plan now includes LifeWorks Fitness, an online service offered through TELUS Health that provides automated fitness journeys and customized workout programs.
LifeWorks Fitness is hosted through the LIFT Session app, one of Canada’s leading virtual fitness platforms where you can access personalized fitness programs through your mobile device. You have the option to get fit through a personalized workout program or workout under the supervision of an online coach.
For individual workouts, there is no cost to employees. If you would like to participate in group or 1-on-1 training, there are additional costs. These costs are outlined on the membership dashboard on the LIFT session app or website.
